HR Generalist

About the role

We are hiring an HR Generalist who lives and breathes payroll, compliance, and statutory benefits, and who can own the entire employee journey on top of it. Recruitment, business partnering, engagement: all yours. This is not a keep-the-lights-on role. If you have been waiting for the permission and the platform to fix how HR actually runs, this is it.

What you'll do

• Payroll (core) - Run the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for India: inputs, processing, reconciliation, pay slips, and full-and-final settlements. Zero slippage
• Statutory compliance (core) - Keep us fully compliant across PF, ESIC, PT, TDS on salaries, gratuity, bonus, Shops & Establishments, and every labour register and filing
• Employee lifecycle - Own the full journey from onboarding and confirmations through transfers, records, and exits, with clean documentation at every step
• Rebuild, don’t just run - Take a hard look at our people processes, policies
• Business partnering - Be the go-to for managers on people matters, policy, and quick, clear query resolution
