About the role

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the people strategy for a key business hub while ensuring alignment with global objectives.

• Partnering with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce planning
• Leading and developing HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations capabilities
• Driving organisational transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Building and enhancing employee engagement, performance, and capability development programmes
• Developing and implementing talent strategies for high-performing and high-potential employees
