HR Intern

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily HR operations, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the organization.

What you'll do

• Support HR operations including maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data (data entry, updates, and audits)
• Coordinate recruitment activities: assist with job postings, applicant tracking (ATS), screening support, interview scheduling
• Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires — manage documentation, orientation planning, induction checklists, and ensure a smooth first-day experience (onboarding)
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing HRIS and HR databases; help generate routine HR reports and dashboards using Excel
• Help organize HR events, training sessions, and engagement activities; manage logistics and coordination
