What you'll do

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and job descriptions for open positions
• Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
• Schedule and organize interviews, and follow up with candidates
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
