HR Intern

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Operations and Administration. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in documentation, onboarding support, office coordination, team engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The intern will closely collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth organizational operations and a positive employee experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative coordination
• Maintain and update HR trackers, spreadsheets, and internal records using MS Excel
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation collection, induction coordination, and employee record management
• Maintain organized HR files, employee documents, and administrative records
• Coordinate with teams for operational and administrative tasks
