About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 10-15 years of experience in learning and development or organisational development. A temporary role in Mumbai within a manufacturing industry. Opportunities to build and scale up the L&D /Org Dev role.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the annual L&D strategy and training calendar
  • Design and implement leadership development programmes
  • Design and implement learning and development programmes
  • Identify training needs and create suitable training plans
  • Work with teams to enhance employee engagement strategies
