• Lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related
• Activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance
• Recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning
• Productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback
