What you'll do

• Entire Employee Life Cycle (ELC) from Induction to Exit
• Employee welfare initiatives and grievance handling
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
• Appraisal Cycles and ensure timely completion
• Departments with KRA/KPI alignment and performance tracking
