  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews and follow-ups
  • Handle employee joining formalities, onboarding, documentation and employee records
  • Maintain daily attendance, leave records, overtime details and shift-related information
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives and salary records
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, discipline and workplace issues professionally
