About the role

The HR Business Partner - Band 1 is responsible for defining and aligning strategy for the functioning of HR in sub-OU, service, product, program, technology domain, or HR horizontal process. This role takes initiative in shaping and influencing the team and organizational culture while showcasing emotional intelligence.
