HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the organization's evolving people agenda, providing comprehensive HR advisory and operational support across multiple functions and teams. The position requires a broader level of ownership, judgment, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on people-related matters, HR policies, procedures, performance management, and employee development in India
• Support managers in addressing people challenges, organizational changes, and employee-related concerns
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver practical, consistent, and effective HR solutions
• Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives in line with organizational objectives and applicable employment regulations
• Identify emerging people-related risks and recommend appropriate actions to support effective decision-making
