HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst with 7-8 years of relevant experience to support global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a Global HR Shared Services environment.

What you'll do

• Execute and coordinate complex HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with agreed service standards
• Serve as an escalation point for complex employee and manager HR inquiries, coordinating with relevant HR teams and stakeholders to drive resolution
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure adherence to global HR policies, local requirements, and agreed operational processes
• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring operational issues and support implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain and validate employee data across enterprise HR platforms, HR case management systems, and related workflow tools
