HR Operations & Admin Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Admin Specialist with 8-9 years of relevant experience to support global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a Global HR Shared Services environment.

• Collaborate with regional and business HR teams to support seamless service delivery across supported countries and business units
• Coordinate and oversee employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing and appropriate documentation
• Manage complex or sensitive employee cases requiring sound HR operational judgment and effective stakeholder coordination
• Act as a functional SME for enterprise HR platforms, HR case management systems, and workflow tools, while supporting HR data accuracy, integrity, and governance
