Senior Associate- Human Resource

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR activities at our Roorkee location, with a major focus on Talent Acquisition . The incumbent will be responsible for driving recruitment across plant and support functions while also supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement, attendance, documentation, and HR compliance activities.

What you'll do

• Talent Acquisition – Major Responsibility (65–70%)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, technical, operations, and support-function positions
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, JDs, KRAs, required competencies, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, local networks, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial screening and HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, communication, compensation, and cultural fit
