Operations-HR-CBS - TAL - Learning - Bangalore The team works together across functions and service lines to build strategic solutions that support our strategy and employer value proposition (EVP). The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices.

What you'll do

• Responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life
• Assisting in Interacting with various stakeholders understanding the learning priorities for the year
• Interacting with learning SPOCs and collating requirements
• Assisting in providing solution to new requirements
• Creating yearly/ quarterly calendars L&D budgeting & planning

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience

• MIS reporting
• Branding
• SAP
• B.Com or BBA or MA or MBA or M.Com
