HR Operations - Employee Services

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Executive – HR Operations & Employee Services to support the smooth execution of critical employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery across the organization. The role will serve as a key point of coordination for contract management, employee documentation, insurance administration, HR helpdesk support, onboarding coordination, and HR data management.

What you'll do

• Serve as a key point of coordination for contract management, employee documentation, insurance administration, HR helpdesk support, onboarding coordination
• Work closely with employees, State teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and employee-friendly HR operations
