Promptly and conclusively handling HR orders in standard processes Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support communicating with internal customers Beware of misleading advertisements and fraudulent communication issuing 'offer letters' on behalf of T-Systems in exchange for a fee.

What you'll do

• Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence contracts and other standard documents as per system requirements
• Maintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the data
• Preparing and providing certificates Handling standardized internal external correspondence e g with health insurers and authorities
