About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

What you'll do

  • Client Consulting & Solution Design
  • Consult with clients on payroll best practices and assist in designing solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Analyze client needs and translate them into system configurations within UKG Ready
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Payroll during implementations
  • Stay updated with latest product features and functionality to enhance solution delivery
