Identify staffing requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job vacancies. Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.

What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status
