What you'll do

• Source potential candidates from the channels each discipline lives on — professional platforms, code hosters, portfolios, and social media
• Design and update job descriptions that tell the truth about the role — the sourcing document that decides who applies at all
• Use: LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant tracking systems, Boolean sourcing across Stack Overflow, Behance, and GitHub, Google Workspace for pipeline reporting
