HR Recruiter-Graduate /MBA or any equivalent degree minimum 5 years of experience from O&M Service Industry Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, and other channels. Handle recruitment for O&M, technical, engineering and maintenance positions.
