About the role

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records regularly.

What you'll do

• Identify hiring needs and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, job portals, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

What you need

• 0–2 yrs of experience
• Recruitment
• B.Tech or B.E.
