About the role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive and well-rounded Executive who can hire people and keep the books clean. You will run end-to-end recruitment for a fast-scaling team, manage day-to-day accounting in Tally, and support the operations that keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to be a visible contributor in a growing startup.

What you'll do

• Keep candidates and teams informed: Draft and update job postings, give candidates timely updates at every stage
• Keep the books clean in Tally: Handle day-to-day entries for sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journals
• Onboard and document: Onboard new employees, add and update employee data on the Keka portal, and maintain employee documentation and records
• Process invoices and payments: Collect and verify vendor invoices and bills, make timely entries and follow up with Finance for approvals and payments
• Track hiring and spend: Maintain a recruitment tracker (open roles, pipeline, time-to-hire
