We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRO Analyst (Level 2 & 3) to join our team. This role will be responsible for full ownership of HR processes and policy guidance, specifically in the management of disciplinary cases related to attendance issues, call avoidance, job abandonment, unauthorized settlement, and similar cases.
