About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager, HRBP to join our Human Resources team in Noida, India. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our organization, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices.

What you'll do

• Serve as a strategic business partner to our organization, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units
• Be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies and solutions
• Provide expert HR consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
