What you'll do
- Partner with business leaders to support people initiatives aligned with business goals
- Support talent budgeting and workforce planning in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP)
- Drive implementation of the Performance Management System in alignment with corporate guidelines
- Identify and implement targeted interventions for performance enhancement, including action plans for employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Support retention of key talent through succession planning, career development discussions, and targeted development initiatives
