HRIS Lead

About the role

The role reports to HRIS Manager sitting at Noida location.

What you'll do

• Ensure Optimal performance and functioning of Workday HR modules by addressing complex inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and implementing system enhancements
• Monitor and respond to end-user requests regarding system complications or malfunctions
• Assist with mass data input during large changes, including – but not limited to – restructures, acquisitions, and annual compensation reviews
• Support and maintain robust security protocols; manage WD user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with internal data privacy policies and regulatory standards
• Monitoring data integrations, performing testing and documenting process and results

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• HRMS

• Any graduate
