HRIS Product Owner (Time & Absence Mgmt)

About the role

The Workday Product Owner for a part of the Workday capabilities, with the objective of providing optimal technology support for our HR strategy, driving employee experience and improving HR efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Translate HR business requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions within Workday Time Off, Leave of Absence and Time Tracking
• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and documentation of Workday Time Mgmt solutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices
• Facilitate design and discovery workshops with stakeholders to define optimal solutions while considering platform capabilities, architectural standards
• Independently configure and maintain Workday functionality across the relevant domains, including supporting testing activities
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver enhancements and issue resolution
