HRIS Specialist

About the role

The HRIS specialist is part of the Human Resources (HR) department and works closely with the global HRIS team on day-to-day activities. This position is responsible for processing employee updates in Workday and complying with all legal requirements related to hiring, terminations and departmental procedures including handling confidential personnel records.

What you'll do

• Process day-to-day daily employee transactions including inputting/updating changes and maintaining data in Workday
• Assist with data entry and onboarding functions for the new hires in Workday
• Assist with user issues and troubleshooting
• Assist in training end users on new Workday features
• Process and review HRIS data for employees and organizational changes; investigate and resolve data integrity issues of HRIS systems

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• HRMS
• Workday
• Excel
• Onboarding
• Any graduate
