About the role

This Associate role is central to driving data-informed talent decisions across the organization. You will own the end-to-end delivery of People Analytics outputs - combining strong analytical craft with storytelling to translate HCM data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders, including Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff and the Executive Office.

What you'll do

• Analytics & Reporting Delivery
• Own outputs end-to-end: Deliver assigned People Analytics outputs - including EMEA compensation disclosures, year-end compensation reporting, headcount
• Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling
• Partner with senior leadership : Work directly with Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads
• Insight, not just data : Develop compelling narratives and visualizations that translate complex data into clear implications and recommendations for senior audiences
