What you'll do

• Manage the global benefits operations for different clients, administering health and welfare, pension, leave
• Own benefits administration engagements end-to-end, holding full accountability for service delivery, financial performance
• Serve as the primary operational relationship owner for the client
• Lead client governance, manage escalations, and own the relationship with client HR / Total Rewards / Benefits leadership and benefits vendors
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders (HR, Total Rewards, HRIT, Payroll, vendors) and internal leadership

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Compensation and benefits
• Payroll
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
