About the role

As an HR Business Partner based in Bangalore, you will serve as a strategic bridge between the people function and business leadership. You will work closely with department heads to align human capital strategies with operational goals, ensuring that talent initiatives directly contribute to business growth.

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational objectives into actionable HR strategies that drive team productivity and retention
• Oversee the end-to-end performance management process to ensure objective evaluations and continuous feedback loops across all departments
• Utilize HR analytics to identify talent trends, attrition patterns, and engagement gaps, providing data-backed recommendations to senior management
• Lead organization development initiatives that support scaling operations, including structural design and change management programs
• Resolve complex employee relations issues by providing coaching and mediation to maintain a high-performance, inclusive work environment
