What you'll do

• Partner with Business Unit (BU) leaders to understand business goals and translate them into aligned people strategies
• Advise leaders using a blend of business insights, people expertise, and professional services industry knowledge
• Provide practical guidance to BU leaders and service line leads on HR policies, processes, and people decisions
• Act as a point of contact for people-related matters within assigned BU
• Compensation Guidance & Workforce Planning
