Human Resource Operation Specialist

About the role

As a part of this team, you will be a key contributor who will be supporting our entities in India and Asia Pacific (APJ / APAC) region on HR Operational activities. This role requires familiarity and fair knowledge in Indian labour law and payroll compliance.

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day HR operational activities for India & Asia Pacific region, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, leave management
• Managing monthly payroll and benefits. Coordinating with our payroll vendors, ensuring payroll inputs are submitted, validated in specified SLA’s
• Assist the HR operations team lead / Manager in driving the regional activities on day-to-day basis. Participate in new initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system (SuccessFactors), including new hires, terminations, probations, promotions, transfers etc
• Ensure processes are executed with accuracy, efficiency and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
