What you'll do

• Support the HR team in monthly payroll preparation, validation and coordination with Finance/payroll partners
• Ensure timely and accurate employee data updates in HRMS/Keka
• Support employee documentation for onboarding, transfers and exits
• Coordinate BGV processes, follow up on pending cases and maintain BGV records
• Maintain leave and attendance records and support resolution of employee queries
