Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department daily operations. Mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the HR Department and applicable legislations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for beginning to end exit process for leavers: ensure exit procedure is properly completed (relevant paperwork prepared
• Provide support and assistance with Onboarding processes when required, including preparing or requesting employment contracts and other necessary documents
• Prepare various documents (agreements, addendums, reference letters, etc.)
• Keep soft and hard employee files up-to-date
• Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS (i.e. Workday) and produce relevant reports
