Human Resources Associate

About the role

The Human Resources Associate provides a robust administrative support to the Human Resources Department daily operations. Mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the HR Department and applicable legislations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for employees’ relocations and international transfers processes, with support of a senior
• Provide support and assistance in immigration and work permit visa applications
• Responsible for maternity, parental and paternity leave processes, with support of a senior
• Provide support and assistance with Onboarding processes when required, including preparing or requesting employment contracts and other necessary documents
• Prepare various documents (agreements, addendums, reference letters, etc.)
