Human Resources Business Partner II

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Plant HRBP to support HR operations and employee engagement for our manufacturing facility in Chakan. The role partners closely with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Leadership, and Corporate HR teams to drive workforce effectiveness, employee experience, compliance, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, employee records, separations, and HR documentation
• Monitor workforce availability, absenteeism, and contract workforce administration
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, statutory compliance, and audit requirements
• Support recruitment and onboarding of operators, technicians, apprentices, and contract employees
• Drive employee engagement, communication, welfare, and retention initiatives
