This role is a good fit for candidates at different experience levels, and responsibilities and ownership will vary based on experience and skills.

What you'll do

• Support hiring activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
• Help manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
• Support employee engagement and culture-building activities
• Maintain HR data, reports, and compliance records

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• HRMS
• Recruitment
• Employee relations
• Employee engagement
• Sourcing
• Any graduate
