Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to establish and lead the Human Resources department for a fast-growing multi-unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and driving people-focused initiatives from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Build and establish the HR department from scratch
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational processes
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate roles
• Design and implement onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs
• Develop performance management and appraisal systems

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
