About the role

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and result-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment, with a primary focus on talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment pipeline management.

What you'll do

• Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Identify and engage potential candidates for technical and non-technical positions
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for active job requirements
• Recruitment & Hiring Coordination
