About the role

AI | Content Systems | Learning Content | Analytics Reimagine how learning content is understood, consumed, designed and created. The role will rethink how complex knowledge is translated into effective learning experiences, design reusable content frameworks and systems, build AI-enabled creation workflows, and prototype new formats that improve learning effectiveness, quality, speed and scale.

What you'll do

• Content Analysis & Judgement
• Analysis, synthesis, knowledge structuring, gap identification and simplification without loss of meaning
• Learning & Content Design
• Prompt and instruction design, agent workflows, knowledge bases, evaluation, guardrails and human-AI design
• Excel/Power BI, experiment metrics, and quality, productivity, adoption and learner-performance analysis
