About the role

Lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards. Implement Hyatt Corporate Human Resources strategies, policies, and procedures at the hotel level. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations. Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.

What you'll do

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
