HVAC Engineer - Mumbai

About the role

Responsible for the daily operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, Electrical systems (HT/LT, Transformers, DG Sets), Fire Fighting Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS). The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring statutory and safety compliance, and implementing energy conservation initiatives to reduce operational costs.

What you'll do

• Oversee the operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and exhaust systems
• Perform routine inspections including filter cleaning, refrigerant level checks, lubrication, and belt tensioning
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls, motor starters, and VFDs
• Operate and maintain transformers, HT breakers, LT panels
• Conduct preventive maintenance of switchgear, VCBs, ACBs, and protective relays
