What you'll do

• Own and maintain the internal IT product backlog, ensuring every Epic, Feature, Story, and Task is well-defined, prioritized, and sprint-ready
• Own the work-item hierarchy: Epics to Features to user stories to tasks, with clear acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog refinement with the Bengaluru engineering and delivery teams
• Jointly lead discovery and requirements sessions with internal US IT stakeholders, actively driving conversations rather than only documenting them
• Own requirements traceability so every delivered feature connects to a documented internal business or technology requirement

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
