Import Executive

About the role

Handle end to end import and export shipment activities including planning, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders/CHA Coordinate with external and internal department for custom clearance and shipment movement. Maintain proper records of all import-export transactions and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

What you'll do

• Handle end to end import and export shipment activities including planning, documentation
• Maintain proper records of all import-export transactions and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Plan and arrange transportation for domestic deliveries as per customer schedule and business requirements
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, freight negotiations, dispatch planning and transit tracking
• Monitor transit movement and follow up for for proof of delivery, delivery status and transporter performance

What you need

• 6–7 yrs of experience
• MS Office
• Import/export
• ERP
• Any graduate
