What you'll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers by driving satisfaction, retention, adoption, and measurable value
• Create and manage simple customer success plans covering priorities, milestones, risks, early wins, and success metrics
• Identify renewal, expansion, and deeper-engagement opportunities based on customer needs, usage, and adoption maturity
• Coordinate with delivery, support, product, and commercial teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience
• Proactively monitor customer health, adoption gaps, and value realization to help customers achieve long-term success

What you need
