About the role

Develop, implement, and maintain in-process quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions for the manufacturing of small and medium power transformers. Collaborate closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, improve manufacturing processes, and reduce scrap and rework.
