About the role
GRR Lead process control & optimization (to meet Quality, Productivity, Failure cost targets) Continuous Improvement (eg - Kaizen & Yokoten)ECR and 4M change initiate/validate/implementation
What you'll do
- Establish testing as per test data sheet (PDS)
- Ensure testing machine capability (Cg,Cgk)
- Evaluate testing failure with QC tools, root cause analysis and actions implementation
- Implement digital EWS to detect testing failures proactively and reduce downtime/scrap
What you need
- 5–9 yrs of experience
- Root cause analysis
- Kaizen
- B.Tech or B.E.
