About the role

The In-Stock Associate (ISA) is responsible for driving inventory operations, inbound execution, vendor management, and import-export logistics to ensure optimal inventory availability and operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes across domestic and international operations.

What you'll do

• Inventory & In-Stock Operations
• Drive inventory-led operations including inbound execution, appointment planning, prioritization, and returns management
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics related to inventory availability, inbound utilization, and vendor performance
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and category health
• Support Return-to-Vendor (RTV) operations and reduce unhealthy and unsellable inventory
